On arriving for shift fela was at table finishing of his supplements. Had handover. After fela had finished his supplements fela went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to Michael bauble. Completed fela board with him. Fela has been very noisy on and off through out the shift. Fela had his snack. Fela counties to sit in his rocking chair and listen to music. Fela had lunch ate well. After lunch fela went and sat in his chair and relaxed before getting ready to go to the gym .left to go to the gym and fela did really well at gym. Fela used equipment for about 40min before goin to use the steam room and sauna. On returning home fela had snack and picked to watch perfect man. On writing this report fela was on the toilet
