On arriving fela was just finishing his supplements, he then sat in his chair and listened to music, zoe did the bored and then we got ready to go shopping, fela did really well in Aldi, then we went to Lidl, I ran in to grab a few things while fela chose to stay in the car with zoe, we then mopped to Tesco and then returned home, fela had lunch and then he relaxed listening to some gospel music which he really enjoyed, I prepared fela some wraps for his dinner and then he had snack, I did the board and then we got ready to go flip out, fela jumped for around 40 minutes, we then had dinner and returned home, he chose to watch the perfect man and then relaxed, he had snack and is currently splashing in the bath
