Fela had his tincture and got out the bath . He used the loo and got fry we headed upstairs. He had all his creams and then got his jarmas on. He brushed his teeth and used the loo agen . He got in bed and said prayer . Fela was asleep for 11 . He was then bk awake at 1 . Till 5 . He went back sleep and woke up at 815 he had his supplements . Claire arrived and we had handover
