On arriving for my shift fela was sat at the table and was just starting to take his supplements, I said morning then went and hand over from zoe.
Once fela had finished his supplements, he went and sat down and listened to music, at 10.05 I then cleaned fela keliods and then screamed them. Fela then had snack his snack.
At 11.10 zoe cleaned and creamed fela keliods shortly after we got ready to go for a walk. We went to chatterly and had pleasant walk around, once back at the car fela had his water and fruit and then we headed for home, we returned home at 12.20. Fela took of his shoes then used the toilet, while on the toilet fela asked for dvd, I explained to fela he could watch dvd later as his lunch would be ready soon.
We sat down for lunch fela sat prayer and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went and sat on the sofa and relaxed listening to music, I gave fela keliods and clean and cream.
I updated fela board and he seemed happy with this afternoon activities, I noticed fela was picking at his finger so applied little bit of cream then put a plaster on to try discourage fela from picking at it and making it sore.
Fela asked for head massage then to lay down on sofa as it was only 2.40 PM I got fela comfy on the sofa then gave fela a head massage with my finger tips then his spikey ball, fela did lose his eyes but can’t not be sure that he was fully asleep or just very relaxed, fela then got up at q5.10 by himself to use the toilet, after using the toilet he had his keliods cleaned.
Myself and fela did thr makakaton sign for watermelon then watched very hungry Caterpillar with makaton signing.
Felaxthnecasked tocwatch dvd again and chose to watch little women relaxed with fela watching little women, i cleaned and creamed fela keliods. we then paused it to have our evening meal. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After evening meal fela we t and sat in his rocking chair and we continued to watch little women. And myself and fela had game of cards.
Once little women had finished at 18.55 we got ready to go for a walk we went for walk in the neighbourhood and returned home at 19.30pm we changed fela to as he had worked up a good sweat. We all then sat in the lounge and watched dvd what if . Fela had cup team and zoe gave fela keliod a clean and cream and then fela had snack.
At 20.40 fela had phone call of mama, once he had finished his phone call he started his night time routined with zoe-Lou, fela got in to the bath at 21.05 zoe gave fela a facical scrub in the bath and his keliods a good clean , on writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
