Fela relaxed listening to music after his breakfast.
At 10.05 Claire cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, at 10.30am Fela had his morning snack.
At 11.10 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, Fela has been itching them alot, we then got ready to go out.
We went to Chatterley Whitfield and we walked all the way around, we had a 40 minute walk and Fela was very happy.
Once back to the car Fela had some fruit and a flask of water, we then made our way home.
Once home I prepared lunch and Fela went to the toilet, Fela had a bowel movement, this was normal and no blood present.
We had our lunch at 12.50, Fela said prayer well and ate well.
After Fela sat relaxing on his sofa listening to music.
