I arrived for my shift fela was at mama and micheals, I collected the car abd headed up there on my arrival fela was just starting his breakfast I sat with fela while he ate this once fela had finished his brekafast I prompted him to take his supplements. Fel then drink water abd tea once finished he went sat in the arm chair and Carla put music on. I did the board with fela. Fel then played on his tongue drum and was full of smiles.
At 10.10 am Dan massaged to say he was at fela. So we got ready to leave mama and micheals and returned to fela. We arrived at approximately 10.30am fela took of his shoes and hat then went sat on toilet fela had large bowel movement update the board with fela, fela theb sat down for his snack. Once finished fela sat in his rocking chair listening to music
While fela was relaxing did some chores, I went in to fela and he was fast sleep in his chair. I asked fela he wanted lay down pointed to the sofa. I cleaned and creamed then re dressed fela keiolds then at 12pm fela got on sofa got the room sleep ready and fela, fela lay down and pulled covers head. Fela was laying down by 12.05pm on checking the camera fela appears to be asleep, I then heard fela a 1.40pm so went into fela and opened curtains and turned his music up .
At 2pm fela sat down for lunch said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After finishing lunch fela sat in his and listened to music. I then did the board with fela.
At 3.10pm we got our shoes on and headed out on neighbourhood walk ( I spoke to Carla and got her advice to check this would be okay as fela used to table top activities) . Fela used the toielt past urine . We left to go for neighbourhood walk fela did very well and worked up a good sweat. We walked for about 45min. On returning home fela took outdoor ware off and went into the bathroom and changed his top his lower half was dry. Fela theb sat on toielt asked for 5 once finished fela went sat in his chair listened to music. While myself and dan did some chores.
At 5pm myself and fela did foot physio andcthen handle fela had head massage and fish face. I cleaned and creamed fela keliods nad changed the dressing put clean one on.
We then sat down for dinner and fela said prayer well abd ate neat and tidy after dinner fela sat in his rocking chair abd listened to music. I did the board with fela.
I went sat with fela and read some of paddington to fela
He seened to enjoy this and asked for more. Once finished reading asked fela if he’d like dvd or music he signed for music . Fela relaxed listening to music.
Fela then sat at table for his snack. When he had finsihed he went sat in his rocking.
I propmted fela into the bathroom at 8.30pm fela used the toielt and past urine then got in to bath I supported fela with personal hygiene.
