On arriving fela was still in bed. We had handover and then Zoe went up to fela while I did his breakfast and some chores. Fela came down and had breakfast and supplements and then sat on his rocking chair. Fela was very noisy all morning and had a small snack. I prepared lunch and fela ate well. afterwards I cleaned felas keloids and put tiger balm on his temples throat and head and then got fela to lie down. I closed all the curtains and put some nature sounds on. Fela lay down for around 1 hour and 15 minutes but didn’t go to sleep. He got up and I made him a lemon ginger and honey tea. And then he had snack. Fela is finishing his snack in me writing this
