Despite a disturbed night, Fela seemed fairly relaxed this morning – no doubt the lie-in would have helped; not to mention the ‘Go Large’ cooked breakfast Michael whipped up with love. Chloe arrived at 10am and we left for Westport Lake around 10:40. Fela did an impressive 7 laps in 1 hour on the companion bike with Mama and Chloe taking turns. He had a big smile on his face when he had finished.
On returning home, we had a pleasant lunch, and soon after Maxine arrived early to take over from me. Fela has been very happy this morning. On my departure he was changing his clothes after exercising as there was no time to do this before lunch.
