I arrived for my shift fela was sitting at table eating his breakfast. I said hello then had handover.
I went in to fela to prompt him to take his supplements then adele went into him. Fela become vocal when staff go into him.
After fela had finished he went into his rocking chair and listened to music. I did board with fela and he was happy with today activities.
Fela had his snack this took fela nearly an hour to eat. I sat with fela bad prompted him to eat his snack. Fela then went unto toilet and past urine. We then got fela changed as he had got salsa on his clothes. Fela then sat down had small bowel movement. Once fela had finished e got his shoes on and we headed out for a walk. We went to lanudette to take the quilts. As it was getting on we decide to go burslem park and fela was full of smiles while out on walk and lead the way. Adele then went to check the dvet and fela had soem fruit. Once it had finsihed in washing machen and in to tumble drier we went for a drive and went to get some groceries. We then went to collect the quilt and headed for home. Fela had done brilliantly waiting in the car while adele went to sort his quilt
We arrived hone fela took of his out door wear he asked for a dvd then went the toilet. Fela then got his apron on sat down and said prayer with adele then told her to leave. I asked fela I’d I could sit with him to eat my lunch he said yes so I sat with fela abd he ate very neat and tidy.
After fela had finished his lunch he went and sat in his rocking chair. Fela asked for dvd bad printed to josep and the amazing technical colour dream coat.
Fela then went and sat on the toilet.
Fela then went and watched rest of his film. After fela film had finished, we did signing hands fingerspelling alphabet. Fela did very well.
Fela then had music put on. Fela has been asking for a lone time
Zoe did the board with fela then at 17.40 zoe clenaed and creamed fela keliods.
We sat down for evening meal at 18.00 fela said prayer then ate neat and tidy. After fela had finished his evening meal he went sat in his rocking chair nad listend to phl Collins. I did board with fela.
I went in and asked fela if he wanted me to sit with him and he asked for 5.
At 7pm myself and fela did walk at home we completed a 15 min video work out. Fela then sat in hi rocking chair and listned to relaxing ocean sound with fish background.

Fela then used the toilet then got in to the bath I supported fela with his personal care.
