06/11/2020 – Sleep shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:


Fela passed urine before and after his bath.

Once out of the bath Fela went upstairs and completed his night routine, Fela was vocal throughout.

After Fela brushed his teeth and came out if the bathroom, Fela was very vocal and became agitated, stamping his feet and slapping his thighs, clapping his hands, this only lasted for a couple of minutes and then Fela was smiling, it took Fela a few minutes to get into bed due to his agitation.

Once in bed Fela said prayer excellent with a beautiful smile and then we said goodnight to each other, music cd left on repeat.

I didn’t hear Fela until 5.30am, Fela went to the toilet, passed urine and returned to bed.

Looking on the camera Fela slept from 10.30pm until 5.30am.

Fela didn’t go back to sleep but lay down relaxing.

At approximately 7.20am I went into Fela with his morning refreshments, Fela had these absolutely brilliant.

Fela had his morning shower but as been very vocal throughout and slow to process.

Once downstairs Fela chose cornflakes, he then went into the dining room while I prepared breakfast, Fela was vocal and took time to put his apron on.

We sat down and Fela said prayer well and ate absolutely brilliant, he seemed to really his breakfast, Fela is now taking his supplements.
