Shift Report:
After finishing his night routine and using the toilet before and after bath, Fela said a prayer and went to sleep. He appeared to have went right into sleep as he was quiet until about 4am, when i heard him being vocal and prompted him for the toilet. Fela did not get back to sleep and remained vocal for a couple hours. Went back to sleep and did not hear until about 845, when we started the morning routine. Completed it well and now about to have his breakfast.
