Shift Report:
Fela was very noisy through out shift but got quiet towards the end of the evening. Ate his evening meal and snack well. Had his 2 glasses and took all his supplements. We did walk at home which he did very well. Spoke to mama and after the call we started his night time routine ready for bed. No concerns noted through out the shift. Looked tired towards the end of the evening.
