Fela was at Mama and Michael’s house on my arrival, Fela finished his supplements and tea and then relaxed on the sofa chair, after Fela watched some of Cool Runnings while drinking his tea, Fela as been trying to ask staff for something throughout the day but unfortunately we are unable to work out what it is, we returned to Fela’s house and Fela became vocal outside and then agigtated, please see arousal state, after Fela relaxed sitting in his rocking chair and watching Cool Runnings, throughout the morning we have been showing Fela the social story for Zoe Lou coming to meet Fela, Zoe Lou arrived and Fela was just calming, I spoke to Zoe Lou and then we went into Fela, he was full of lovely smiles and appeared happy to meet our new staff member, after Fela asked for five so we went into the staff room, before Zoe Lou left she said goodbye to Fela, again Fela was trying so hard to ask us for something but unfortunately we didn’t understand, after I prepared lunch, Fela said prayer well and ate well, after Fela relaxed and then we got ready to go out, we ran some errands first and then went to Chatterley Whitfield, Fela did well walking up the steep bank and had his snack while sitting near the top, again Fela was asking for the same thing as earlier but again staff can’t understand what he is asking for, we had a lovely walk and then returned to car, we then went to the Butcher’s, I went inside while Fela stayed in the car with Claire, we returned home and I prepared the evening meal, Fela said prayer well and ate well, after Fela listened to Michael Bolton on YouTube, Fela had his evening snack before we got ready to go to Mama and Michael’s house.
Throughout the shift staff have asked Fela if he would like to do puzzles, colouring or painting but he refused each time.
Fela as had a facial trim this evening, all supplements taken.
