Shift Report:

Fela was in bath by 21:10. He enjoyed his bath which was on the warmer side, and was beginning to fall asleep. He has been engaging a in a lot of repetitive behaviour which are coping mechanisms so we will need to be very patient with him. He was in bed by 22:40.

I woke at 4:25 and prompted Fela to the loo. He passed urine then went straight back to bed.

Michael greeted him at 7:20, prompted him to the loo and brought him his fruit and pear and apple tea which he drank along with the water that had been left by his bed overnight. Michael prompted him to start his morning routine around 8:oo and helped him with most of it including showering upstairs and dressing whilst making luxury porridge. Well done, Michael! Amazing multi-tasking!

I helped Fela to wipe his face, apply keloid cream and apply pommade and comb his hair, as well as put on his belt. He was down for breakfast at 9:00, enjoyed his usual porridge with all the trimmings and left Green Pastures at 9:45. I waved to him from upstairs and he blew me a kiss; he was full of smiles.
