Fela got out the bath at 9:30pm as he was falling asleep. Fela had his tincture, dried himself then passed urine.
Fela then made his way upstairs, we continued felas night routine, all creams applied, fela brushed his teeth and passed urine.
Fela then got into bed, we said prayer and good night.
Fela appeared asleep by 9:55pm.
After reviewing the cameras fela woke at 3am, but remained quiet.
Fela got up independently at 5:05am, passed urine and then got back into bed.
Fela then appeared asleep at 5:45am.
I left fela to asleep as he appeared exhausted yesterday and hasn’t slept well tonight.
Fela woke just before 9am so I went up to him with his tea, fruit and supplements.
