Fela was still completing his morning routine on my arrival, he came downstairs and had his breakfast and supplements, staff had handover while Fela listened to music, after I did the board with fela, Fela relaxed and then had his morning snack, we then went to aldi to pick up some things we needed, Fela remained in the car with Max while I went in, after we went to the butcher’s and I nipped in, Fela was happy to wait in the car at his request, we returned home and Fela relaxed on his sofa, through out the day Fela as been clearly requesting alone time, staff have given Fela the space he as requested, keloids cleaned and cream applied, tiger balm applied through the day, ginger, honey and lemon drinks given, Fela had his lunch and became agigtated, staff gave Fela space and once calmed returned to Fela, after lunch Fela went into the toilet and was agigtated and then calming, this lasted for just under an hour, once Fela came out he relaxed, Fela had his snack and then relaxed as requested, we had our evening meal and fela ate well, after we relaxed before going for a walk around Burslem Park, Fela was very relaxed and happy while walking around the park, we returned home and then Fela watched a film, he had his evening snack and a phone call off Mama, this evening Fela as appeared to look tired, Fela is now relaxing and splashing away in his bath, Fela as had all supplements and the board as been done through the day. We have not noticed a bowel movement from Fela today.
Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela as been up and down throughout the day, he became agitated when I asked him to take his shoes out, he then went into the toilet stamping his feet, rocking, very vocal, this lasted approximately 3 mind.
When Fela came out of the toilet he sat on the sofa and requested five minutes, he then became agitated rocking and vocal, lasted approximately 1 min, then he was smiling.
At lunch time Fela became agitated, rocking and vocal, staff gave Fela space.
After lunch Fela went to the toilet at 13.10, he remained in the toilet until 14.00, while in the toilet Fela was agigtated then calmed and this happened a number of times, staff kept checking on Fela.
Fela as been vocal on and off through out the day.
