I came on shift just before 10.45am, I took handover from Emma and Chloe and said hello to fela, he was just finishing his breakfast. Once finished he sat and listened to soul women music. After a little while I did the board with fela and he appeared happy. Fela then popped his shoes on and used the toilet. I then asked fela if he would like his keloids cleaned and he said yes. I did this then applied tiger balm to his neck and head, fela then requested almond oil he applied to his fingers which I did. We then got our coats on and headed out for a lovely walk in the neighbourhood. Once home fela took his Shoes/coat/hat off and washed his hands in the bathroom, I then popped some music on for fela whilst Chloe prepared lunch. Once lunch was ready, we did prayer and all ate lunch together. Fela are neat and tidy, fela then sat in his rocker and I made him a hot honey/lemon/ginger drink. I then went to sit with fela, I asked fela if he would like me to read him a story but he said no, I then asked if he would like a head massage, he said yes, he then picked his tea up so I said to fela that once he had finished his tea I would give him a head massage, fela became agitated, banging his feet and clapping and sloshing tea around. I then stood at the door and told fela that once he was calm I would give him a head massage, fela requested a head massage again but continued to be agitated so I once again advised fela that once he is calm I will give him a head massage. Fela continued to be vocal and when I asked if he was ok, fela asked me to leave. I then cracked on with chores. Fela then used the toilet and once finished made his way into the lounge and had a lie on the sofa. We then got ready to go drumming, fela popped his shoes on and used the toilet, he then got his coat on and we drove to drumming. Fela did really well at drumming and appeared to really enjoy his time there. Once back in the car fela had his snack and we then headed to the butchers to pick up the meat for the week. Once back at home fela took his shoes/coat/hat off and relaxed in the lounge, I asked fela if he would like to listen to music or watch a dvd, fela chose a dvd (marmaduke) and is happily relaxing watching it.
