Shift Report:
Fela was on the toilet when I arrived on shift, he then got into the shower and done his morning routine well but very slowly. Fela had breakfast and then a cup of tea. Once his breakfast had settled we got ready and headed out for a walk in the neighbourhood. We then returned home and prepared lunch.
Fela ate well and once finished he had a honey, lemon and ginger tea and Alicia cleaned his keloids and applied almond oil to his fingers.
Fela was offered a story which he refused and a head massage which he said yes to. Please see arousal.
Once calm fela moved to the sofa and lay down but did not sleep.
We then done the board and then got ready and headed to drumming. Fela done really well at drumming and dan was very impressed with him. We returned to the car and fela had his snack. On the way home we stopped at the butchers.
We then got home and fela requested a movie, he watched marmaduke. We then had dinner and fela ate well. Once dinner had settled we got ready and headed out for a walk. Fela done really well on the walk. We returned home and fela had tea and then his snack, fela then spoke to carla on the phone. Fela then had a bowel movement and is now in the bath.
