On arrival Fela was still upstairs rather slow doing his morning routine, Mama arrived and assisted myself in trying to get Fela dressed in the end we did it eventually. Fela came down stairs and had his breakfast. Fela was offered the gym by Mama and he refused so listened to prayer music. Mama played cards and I did the ironing then we had lunch and after lunch settled we headed to the gym Fela did well. We all got back and i prepared tea and after I sat with Fela to watch the lion King. I started Felas night routine before chloe came in.
