Fela used the toilet before and after bath, fela completed his night routin well after brushing his teeth fela used the toilet then got in to bed. Said prayer heard fela until 23.20 then didnt hear fela again till 5.40 prompt fela to use the toilet after using toilet fela got back in to bed, heard fela humming until went up to fela at 7am with his apple and cup tea. After eating apple and tea fela start his morning routine fela completed his moring routine well. Downstairs for 8.20 had breakfast ate well and took supplements. Fela is now sat in his chair listening to medley of Elton John rod Stewart and phil collins
