Shift Report:
Claire did Fela’s routine with him and he did very well, we could hear Fela until approximately 23.20, we didn’t hear Fela again until 5.40am and Claire prompted Fela to the toilet, Fela returned to bed and Claire went into Fela with his tea and apple at 7am, I said good morning to Fela and he was happy, Claire did Fela’s morning routine, while I did chores and prepared breakfast, Fela was downstairs for 8.20am and is now eating his breakfast.
