On arriving for my shift fela was sat relaxing in his chair listing to lionel richie. Had handover with zoe and chole. Chole went in to fela and asked if he was still happy to go drumming fela gave thumps up. Shortly after we got ready to go to drumming. Once at drumming did very well and on way home was smiles in the car fela had his snack in car on way home. On arriving home I asked fela to take his shoes of fela became very agaited. Please see arousal state. Put relaxing music on for fela with ocean and fish background staff prepared dinner. Fela ate well and seem to enjoy this as he asked for more. Fela became agaited during dinner please see arousal state. After dinner fela went back to sitting in his chair and listend to music and watching the ocean background fela had last drink and snack and was starting to fall asleep so chole rang carla to see if fela could have his phone call early. Fela spoke to mama then got in the bath on writing this report fela is in bath looking tired

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated On arriving back from drumming fela asked fela to take his shoes off he become very agitated and was stamping his feet very loudly and making gruntly sounds and rocking back and forward vigorously clapping his hands this lasted for about an hour but did not fully clam till after dinner because during dinner fela became vocal and was jerking his head a lot
Put relaxing music on with fish back ground. Throughout the shift fela has been happy and smiles then becoming agaited with fast jerky movements including at meal times.
