On arriving for my shift fela was finish of his supplement. Once fela had finished his supplements he went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. Fela board was done with him and he was happy for plans for the day. While fela was relaxing staff did some chores. Fela had his snack shortly after his snack we got ready to go out for a walk and drive to shop to pick up a few things. We went to bathpool and had good walk around the park. Fela did well and returned home for lunch. Said grace before having his soup for lunch. Onc3 fela had finished his lunch he went and sat back in his rocking chair to relax he was asked if he wanted to watch dvd or music he chose dvd, fela choce to Watch Perfect Man, after the film had finished flea had a relaxing footspa and had relaxing piano music on staff has sat with fela on and off this afternoon at times fela would ask for 5 so we would give me 5 other times he was all smiles when we sat with him. When fela asked for 5 staff got on with doing some chores in the house. After fela had his footspa kuda gave fela some cream to rub on his keloids as he was scratching at them ,then we Had tea and fela had his supplements, fela seemed to enjoy tea and was all smiles. After finished tea fela went and sat in his rocking chair and watched secret life of pets, fela also did 13mintues of walk at home fela did very well with this appeared to be very enaged watching everything lady did. Once fela had finished walk at home he watched secret life of pets 2 and had his drink,snack and bedtime supplement Mama rang early to speak to Fela. Once fela had finished on phone kuda Got him ready for his bath. Fela completes his night time routine very well used toilet before and after his bath. Fela was noisy through out the shift but very pleasant in mood. A lot less prompting today with Fela. When asked to do something, he would just get up and do it.
