Shift Report:
Found fela having breakfast with Paul.
We did house chores and we were off for 1hr walk,Came back he changed his clothes and sat oñ his settee to have his snack,
Lunch was served aswell.
After lunch we did Makaton.
He also did foot physio exercise,his medication were met and adhered to,
He had his meals too.
Fela had a shave and keloids cleaned, he met his bath,left him with Kingsley at the end of my shift fela been at the bath,
He was in a good mood today.
