Shift Report:
Assisted Fela out of the bath tub and we went upstairs for his bedtime routine after this he went to the toilet to pass urine before bed. He requested for head massage, we said a prayer and was in bed at 22:30 and slept at 22:40. He slept through till 08:00 when he woke and had his supplement, fruit at 08:10. Got him ready for shower and run through his morning routine before coming down for breakfast.
Handed over and petty cash check and signed.
