Fela was sat on the sofa, listening to music when I arrived at 1330.
Claire did the board with fela ready for the evenings activities.
Fela used the toilet at at 1400 and got ready to go out for a walk. We laft at 1415. Fela walked nicely round Longton Park. We walked briskly for 30 minutes. It was very warm and fela was sweating a lot. Fela had his snack and a drink of water in the car.
We got back to fela’s house at 1555. Fela had a change of clothes on his top half and then sat down on the sofa. Fela Chose to watch Simbas Pride.
Fela had his keloids cleaned at 1620 by Claire while I started to make dinner.
At 1730, fela’s dvd had finished and he listened to some music until dinner was ready at 1745.
Fela said his prayer with staff and ate nicely. Fela drank his water and the bought his dishes to the sink. He then washed up his own dishes.
Fela then chose to watch the Lion King at 1815. I cleaned fela’s keloids at 1830. Then did some chores.
At 1930, fela had a cup of camomile tea, he finished this and we all then did walk at home at 2000. This was a 15 minute video. Fela did this very well, good watching and listening.
Fela had his snack on the sofa at 2010 while listening to relaxing music. Mama called to speak to fela at 2030 for 15 minutes.
Fela got into the bath at 2050 and was finished with his bath routine at 2100, which he did well. Then asked for 5. Fela is now splashing away in the bath. He is still very noisy. Which he has been throughout the shift.
Fela has used the toilet to pass urine independently throughout the shift and has taken all supplements.
