I arrived for my shift at Fela’s house, Fela was at Mama and Michael’s house, i meet zoe there collected fela car then went to mama and micheals.
We arrived at Mama and Michael’s house for 9.15am, Fela was watching Michael prepare his porridge and Michael was telling Fela the story of Goldilocks and the three bears, Fela put some nuts and honey onto his porridge.
Fela ate breakfast well and then took his supplements, Fela was vocal throughout taking his supplements, after the board was done and Fela appeared happy, we then got ready to return to Fela’s house.
We arrived at Fela’s house for 10.10am, Fela took off his coat, shoes and hat and then chose to sit on his sofa, I did fela board with him then put music on fela chose bob marley live but when it started playing you couldnt really hear it so zoe but louie Armstrong on. Fela had a cup of tea and his morning snack at 11am.
Zoe put Joseph and the technicolor dream coat on and staff cleaned in the dining room while Fela relaxed, Fela seemed to enjoy this and was smiling, at 11.35 zoe cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe gel.
At 12.05 I up dated fela board then myself and fela did the makaton love sign after fela had finished Fela wrote out the friends poem, after Fela relaxed listening to the greatest showman. Fela used the toilet.
At 12.50 we had our lunch, Fela said prayer well and ate well, after Fela chose to sit on his sofa relaxing. I updated fela board with him and he seemed happy with today activities.
At 2pm fela used the toilet we then got ready to go for a walk we left to go to longton park, we arrived there about 2.45 and had very pleasant walk around fela worked up a sweat. After we had finished walk we went back to the car, fela had his water and snack. We arrived back at felas at 15.55, fela took off his shoes and hat off. We then changed fela top and vest as he had been very sweaty. Fela then sat on his sofa and choose to watch lion king 2 simba pride.
At 4.20 pm I cleaned fela keloids and creamed them.
On writing this report fela is sat relaxing on the sofa watching dvd

Fela has been vocal throughout the day, I wouldn’t say it’s happy vocal or unhappy vocal, Fela just appears vocal.
