Fela was brushing his teeth when I arrived on shift.
He came down and had his breakfast and then his supplements. Fela used the toilet and was very noisy – then had a cup of tea while sitting on the sofa and listening to some relaxing music.
I cleaned Felas keloids and then he lay down with his blanket and tried to sleep, Fela was quiet briefly but then he started humming. Fela got up and used the toilet again and requested 5, once finished he lay back down- he was quiet for approx 15/20 minutes.
Fela had his supplements and then we had lunch. After lunch fela continued listening to his music and then at approx 2pm we got ready and headed out (please see arousal) we took a long route to Burslem Park and by the time we got there Fela was happy and calm. Fela walked around really well and then we headed back to the house. Once home Fela sat on the sofa with a cup of tea and requested cool runnings. Fela seemed to really enjoy this and was quiet throughout. Fela had his supplements and we then had dinner and after dinner fela brought his things into the kitchen and returned to the sofa. Fela listened to music while his food settled and then we headed out for a walk in the neighbourhood, fela done really well. We returned home and Fela had his tea and then his snack.
I cleaned Felas keloids and put a plaster on his left side as it was bleeding as he had scratched a scab off.
Fela spoke to carla on the phone and then used the toilet before getting into the bath. Fela is currently in the bath looking very sleepy
Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 4 – Agitated Fela has been very noisy on and off throughout the day. At times he has started to become agitated but this has only lasted seconds.
-when we were getting ready to go for our walk Fela became very noisy and then started to stamp his feet but calmed quickly and then was happy to head out but remained very noisy.
