i arrived on shift and fela was still asleep. we had handover with zoe. shortly after fela woke up . he started his morning routine. after he came down and had his breakfast, suppliments and water . he then went to relax in his rocker listening to music . shortly after fela got ready and we went for a walk around longton park which fela really enjoyed, he had his fruit and water . we then returned home and had lunch. fela wiped the table and the watched little women .
later we paused the movie and went to lidl and the to mommas house. we returned and fela continued to watch his movie while tea was cooking . fela then had his suppliments and then his tea followed by his dessert.
he then relaxed in his rocker.
fela then had his snack and a camamile tea followed by a phone called with momma. During the call he scratched his keliods so chloe cleaned them and put a dressing on
fella then started his nighttime routine.
at the time of writing this report fela was splashing away in the bath
