I arrived for my shift just before 9.00am fela was sat at the table taking his supplements. I then had handover from emma.
I then went and prompted fela to finish taking his supplements once fela had finished he took of his apron then went to toilet fela then sat on toilet and had bowel movements it was normal with no blood. After fela had finished on the toilet at 10.10 fela sat listening to bob Marley and I did the board with him.
Fela got his socks and shoes then at 10.40 fela used the toilet then we left to go to rudyard lake while in car I asked fela if he wanted his nuts and he declined. Once arriving we had lovely walk around the lake on way back to car fela sat on bench and had his red skinned peanuts and 2x flask of water. After we got to car and headed for home. We strive home at 12.40pm fela went in to lounge took his shoes, hat of then had his top changed as he had sweated.
Fela then sat at table and said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to the greatest showman.
