Fela got out the bath around 9:45 as he was falling asleep. He had his sleep tincture and then went upstairs and did his routine well. He used the toilet before getting into bed. We said pray and good night and then I left his music on. Fela seemed to fo sleep straight away. I’ve looked back at the camera and fela was awake at 1:15 he used the toilet at 1:45 and then got back into bed. Fela was awake untill 4:45. He then slept untill 8:20 he then had his supplements fruit and tea. He had a very large bowel movement (little blood) He then had his shower and Zoe took over his routine while I wrote this report
