Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover from Adele.
I then did the board with Fela and he appeared happy, full of smiles, Fela then relaxed while staff did chores.
After I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe propolis, after I prepared Fela’s snack, Fela ate his snack and then we got ready to go out, Fela put on his shoes and then he went to the toilet and after put on his cold weather outter wear.
We then headed out, we went to Longton Park and Fela enjoyed the car journey and walked all around the park very happy, not vocal at all, we walked the long way around, so this took us approximately 30min, after we returned to the car and Fela had his flask of water and fruit.
On the way back to Fela’s house we went on some errands, once home Fela was full of smiles and very mischievous, he took off his coat and shoes and then went to the toilet and then relaxed.
After we had lunch and Fela ate well but then he suddenly became agitated, staff left the room and left Fela to calm, Fela finished his lunch and was full of smiles, Fela’s agitation lasted for approximately 10min, after Fela finished his water and then went to the toilet.
Fela returned the lounge and chose to watch Joseph, myself and Chloe have both tried to encourage Fela to lie down but he’s refused, I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe propolis.
Myself and Chloe have sat with Fela in the lounge all afternoon and Fela as been very happy with this.
Fela had his snack and then after when I was cleaning the lounge Fela went to the toilet and sat for quite awhile, Fela did have a bowel movement and then he returned to the lounge and is now relaxing listening to Phil Collins.
