Fela was just starting his Vitamin C drink on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover from Emma.
After Fela finished he brought his glass to the kitchen and then he wiped the dining table clean, Fela then sat on his sofa.
Zoe Lou did the board with Fela and he had a cup of tea, Zoe Lou cleaned Fela’s keloids and he relaxed listening to music on YouTube, at 10.20am Fela had his morning snack.
We then got ready to go out, we left at approximately 10.45am, we went to Rudyard Lake and had a beautiful walk, Fela held my hand at points and picked up sticks, he appeared calm and relaxed for most of the walk, he was only vocal twice and this lasted only for seconds, on our way back to the car, Fela sat down on a bench and had his water and a snack, we then returned to the car.
We arrived back home at approximately 12.45, I finished off our lunch, we had our lunch at 1pm, Fela became agitated while having lunch, please see arousal state
Once Fela calmed he asked for ice cream, I asked Fela if he would like an ice lollipop and he was happy with this, after Fela finished he brought his apron out to the kitchen, Fela signed for juice, so Zoe Lou gave Fela some juice, he then chose a film to watch, Lion King 2.
I have tried to prompt Fela to have a nap but he clearly refused and clearly wanted alone time, Fela refused his keloids cleaned and staff company, all very clearly.
At 15.00 Fela had his keloids cleaned and chose to watch Lion King, he had a cup of tea and then his afternoon snack, when the movie finished Fela listened to relaxing jazz music.
At 16.45 Fela had a lovely foot spa and I cleaned his keloids and applied aloe gel, Fela enjoyed this, after the foot Spa, Fela had a shoulder massage, with his massager.
We had our evening meal and Fela ate well and took his dishes out to the kitchen, after Fela chose a movie to watch and staff sat with Fela, he seemed to enjoy this, I applied almond oil to Fela’s finger tips and cleaned his keloids and applied aloe gel, Fela as been scratching his keloids alot today and they appear dry and have been bleeding.
At 7.30pm Fela had a phone call off Mama and he appeared very tired, after Fela had his evening snack.
At 8.30pm I prompted Fela into the bathroom, this was due to Fela falling asleep, Fela had a bowel movement, once in the bathroom and after he got into his bath and washed his hair with staff prompting, after Fela had a wash and then relaxed.
I looked in on Fela and he was asleep in the bath, I asked Fela if he would like to go to bed and he said yes, at approximately 21.10 Fela got out of the bath, Fela was upstairs ready to start his night routine at approximately 21.20.

At lunch time Fela became very agitated, while eating his lunch, he was jumping up and down on his chair, very noisy, rocking and the table was moving due to this, Fela appeared not to be calming so we gave Fela some space, we left the room, I kept going to the door and checking on Fela, he started to calm and once he had finished his lunch he was calm, this lasted for approximately 15 minutes.
