Shift Report:

Fela passed urine before and after his bath.

Once upstairs Fela completed his night routine very well, after Fela brushed his teeth, he went to the toilet and passed urine, we said prayer and Fela said goodnight very clear and lay down, I left Fela’s cd on.

I could hear Fela humming for approximately ten minutes and then I didn’t hear anything until approximately 2am, I prompted Fela to the toilet and he returned to bed, I then heard Fela on and off.

At approximately 4. 30am I heard Fela and prompted Fela to the toilet, Fela returned to bed and I could hear Fela on and off, I went into Fela and put his music cd on.

I then heard Fela on and off, at 6.30am I heard Fela get up and go to the toilet and return to bed, I then could hear Fela humming.

At 7.10am I went into Fela with his morning supplement, tea and a pear, Fela appeared happy and seemed to really enjoy his pear.

While Fela was drinking his tea I spoke to Michael, Michael advised to try and get Fela to rest.

I went back into Fela and changed his bedding, due to sweating, definitely not incontinence, I then prompted Fela back into bed.

Fela has remained awake, I went into Fela at 8.15am and asked if he would like a shower, Fela was pointing to something, so I asked Fela to show me, Fela got out of bed and pointed to his bedroom light, I asked if he wanted the light on and he said yes, Fela then got back into bed and told me to go.

I can currently hear that Fela is still awake and happy.

Fela has had very little sleep, perhaps small amounts of sleep between getting up to use the toilet.

Fela as not been agigtated at all.
