Fela got out of the bath at 22.220pm and used the toilet afterward, fela then went upstairs and completed his night time routine he completed this well. Fela used the toilet then got in to bed, Fela was in bed for 23.00pm
I then didn’t hear fela again until 2.50 am I prompted Fela to the toilet he used the toilet and passed urine. Fela then got back in to bed I could hear fela lightly humming for approx 15min after getting back into bed.
At 4.20 am i could hear fela humming on and off, I took fela fruit, drink and supplements up to fela at 7am. I sat with fela while he had these once fela had finished he went in to the bath pass urine then sat on the toilet, fela did have bowel movement this was normal no blood.
Fela then got in to his shower and started his mroning routine, fela completed this very well fela has been vocal throughout his routine but has also been full of smiles at times, fela was downstairs and ready for breakfast for 8.20 am. Fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy.
On writing this report fela is finishing taking his supplements. fela has been vocal on and off through the morning but has been in happy pleasant mood and full of smiles at times.
