Fela was finishing his supplements when I arrived on shift. after handover emma done the board with him and shortly after we headed to green door. fela done well but was vocal throughout. we returned home and then had lunch. after lunch fela had a dvd.
after felas dvd i asked if he would like to do handle, he refused, he was offered colouring, jigsaws etc to all he refused and asked staff to go out. Fela listened to music until dinner time. Fela ate well. soon after dinner we went out for a walk and then returned home fela had his snack and then spoke to carla on the phone before starting his night routine. Fela enjoyed his bath and was falling asleep. once out he done his night routine very well and is now in bed listening to music
