09/11/2020 – Sleep shift – alicia keenan

Shift Report:

Fela got out the bath at 21:40pm, he dried himself and then passed urine, he then made his way upstairs.

Fela completed his night time routine really well and then passed urine again.

Fela then got into bed and we said prayer together and then said good night.

Fela was in bed by 22.05pm.

Fela appears to be asleep by 22:25pm.

I heard fela humming at 03:55am so I prompted fela to the toilet, once finished fela then got back into bed. After looking back at the cameras this appears to be the first time he woke up. Fela did remain awake, I heard fela humming at 06:10am.

I then prompted fela the morning o use the toilet at 06:50am and fela passed urine, fela then got back into bed. Fela appears to have gone back to sleep.

Fela woke again at 07:30am so I took his supplements up to him and he had his tea and fruit.

I then asked fela If he was ready for a shower and fela signed for shower, fela made his way to the bathroom, took his clothes off and used the toilet (urine only).

Fela then got into the shower, I prompted him to wash and then gave him 10.

Fela then completed his morning routine brilliantly. Once finished he made his way downstairs and chose his breakfast.

We then sat at the table, said prayer and fela ate neat and tidy. Fela then took his supplements.

He then made his way to his rocker to relax and listen to music and have his cup of tea.

Fela has been vocal this morning but has appeared in good spirits.
