On arriving for my sift fela was sat at the table finishing of his lunch. After fela had finished his lunch he wiped down the dinning room table. had handover from Zoe and Carla. After lunch fela went and relaxed in his rocking char listening to Louis Armstrong. Zoe notice that fela was nodding off to sleep,so she encouraged him to lie on the sofa, we closed all he blinds and curtains and you tube on with relaxing music. Fela had his blankets on and was quite for around 30 minutes fela then got up to use the toilet. fela had his snack and he watched Aladdin. Kuda updated fela board with him. while fela was watching his dvd i clean down the wardrobe and sideboard. Fela then had dinner please see arousal state. After dinner fela used the toilet then went and sat in his chair please see arousal state. i put some relaxing music on for fela and applied tiger balm to fela head. Fela had been scratching at his keloids so gave fela some witch haze to clean them and the applied cream to them. I sat with fela while listend to music fela then used the toilet then at around 7 pm fela myself and kuda did 15 mintue walk at home fela did this very well was very gentle and looked tired. fela then went to toilet again after walk at home. Fela then went and relxed listening to music i sat with fela. fela had last drink for the night and his snack. All supplements taken.
Have noticed that fela has used the toilet a lot more regularly than normally does it seemed from half 5 fela seemed to use the toilet every half an hour if could keep an eye on this he went to toilet at 5.45pm, then again at 6.30 pm, 7.20pm and then again at 8pm just before his last snack. Every use was without prompting fela to use the toilet he just got up and went. fela then used toilet before his bath as he started his night time routine. on writing this report fela is relaxing in the bath
Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 4 – Agitated during dinner fela became agitated jerking his head and rocking on his chair fela also started fast jerky movements with his hands. This lasted for couple of minutes then fela continued with his meal.
Fela went and sat in his rocker and became agitated excessive rocking back and forwards and started to hit himself on the head. this lasted for about 5 mintues. i put relaxing oceans sounds on for fela and sat on the sofa once fela had calmed i applied tiger balm to his head. Asked i he had pain he said no. Did he have a bowel movement?
