On arriving for my shift fela was sat in his rocking chair listening to music, I went in and said hello. Had hand over from paige. Zoe did fela board with him we then did some chores,Fela helped with the chores, he cleaned his rocking chair and small table, he did a brilliant job and appeared to really enjoy helping, after Fela had snack and then we got ready to go out, we went to Tunstall Park and had a brisk walk around, Fela did well and after we went into the cafe for a cup of tea, Fela really did enjoy this, he sat with a beautiful smile on his face, people watching, we returned home and Fela took off his coat and shoes and then went to the toilet, after Fela had his lunch, he ate well, we then went into the kitchen and zoe washed the dishes and Fela dried them, he did this with a smile on his face and was very happy. After fela had finished drying the dishes he went and sat in his rocking chair and listend to music, emma came on shift we had handover emma update fela board. Fela used toilet ,Shortly after we got ready to go out. We headed to butchers to get meat for the week then we heaed to drumming on arriving at drumming fela had n accident in car (please see arousal state) while emma was getting fela changed dan came down and said thought he was in for tomorrow and I said thought I had seen it on for today it was then that i relaised I either accidentally looked at activate planner wrong or missed read and apologised dan sat it was oaky he had space and was happy for fela to have his lesson today once finished getting fela changed we went up to dan, fela became agaited so we agreed to leave the lesson til tomorrow. We returned home and fela was all smiles. Fela took of his coat and shoes then went and sat in his rocking chair and chose to watch secret life of pets 2 and had his snack. On writing this report fela is relaxing watching his film
