Fela was relaxing on his rocking chair finishing his movie when I came in. I was given a hand over by staff and we started preparing tea. When tea was served, Fela ate well and had his supplements with 2 glasses of water. After having his tea, he went and relaxed on his rocking chair listening to calming music before putting Garfield 2 which he chose from the file. Staff sat with Fela through the movie, but appeared to be dosing off on his chair. I did a facial trim and cleaned his keloids using the hazel witch as they was some dried blood around it. We had to start his night routine early as advised by team leader as he kept falling asleep. Took his supplements and drink and later on had his snack. Had his bath and now getting ready for bed.
