Fela was listening to music with a cup of tea when I arrived on shift.
We had hand over and then done some chores. Fela used the toilet and requested time – he had a small bowel movement.
Fela sat at the table and had his snack and a drink. We then done the board and Fela then took his dishes into the kitchen, got the cloth and cleaned the table and mopped up the floor where he had got yogurt. Shortly after we got ready to go out for a walk. First we went to the butchers and then we went for a walk around astbury mere, fela done really well. We then returned home and had a cup of tea while lunch was cooking.
We then had lunch and fela was looking very tired. He lay down on the sofa with his blanket for an hour and was silent but we are unsure if he slept as you can’t see his face on the camera.
Fela got up and used the toilet and continually requested time, had another small bowel movement.
Fela then sat at the table and had his snack. We done the board and then done writing, makaton and the ‘mama I love you’ song.
Fela then listened to music and had a cup of tea.
We then had dinner and a after dinner I done the board. We watched ‘call of the wild’. I cleaned felas keloids and he then had his snack. Fela continued with his movie and then spoke to carla on the phone. Fela then used the toilet and had another small bowel movement before getting into the bath. Fela is currently in the bath splashing away.
fela seems to be struggling slightly to move his bowels.
he has sat on the toilet for a long time on three separate occasions but each time only had a very small bowel movement.
