Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover from Emma, I then did the board with Fela and he appeared happy, Fela listened to music and relaxed, Fela had his morning snack and then we went out to get some things we needed for our evening meal, unfortunately there was queues, so we returned home, once home staff prepared lunch and Fela said prayer and ate well, after lunch Fela became agitated, please see arousal state, once Fela calmed and he was happy, he chose to watch a film, unfortunately we couldn’t get the dvd player to work, so Fela chose Garfield, Fela watched his movie and had his mid afternoon snack and then we headed out, on our journey we noticed the car park at Aldi was very quiet and no big queues, so Chloe went in and myself and Fela waited in the car, we then headed to Burslem Park, Fela was full of smiles on our walk and seemed to really enjoy being out in the fresh air, when we got back to the car Fela had an apple, pear and his flask of water, we then headed home, once Fela got out of his car he became agitated and then went to a level to 5, please see arousal state, after Fela calmed we had our evening meal, which Chloe prepared and it was beautiful, Fela then relaxed on his sofa watching a film, he had his evening snack and then we got ready to go to Mama and Michael’s house, once there Fela was full of beautiful smiles and was happy for his sleep over.

Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela became very noisy while washing his dishes after lunch, he then went into the lounge and sat on his rocking chair and became agitated, he was stamping his feet very hard, rocking in his chair very fast and hard, clapping his hands and sweating alot, this didn't last for long and after Fela was happy and changed his wet T shift and put a dry one on.
When we returned home from our walk Fela became agitated when he got out of his car, he came into the house and sat on his sofa, he went to a level 5 agitation, he was rocking very hard, slapping his leg, sweating alot, this lasted for approximately 25 minutes, after Fela calmed he went into the bathroom and Chloe supported Fela to change his clothes, he was then happy and smiling.
