Fela passed urine before and after his bath.
Once upstairs Fela completed his night routine excellent, we said prayer and goodnight and I left the music cd on.
I heard Fela humming until after 11pm, looking back on the camera Fela went asleep for approximately 11.20pm.
I didn’t hear Fela all night and looking back in the camera Fela slept through.
I went into Fela at 6.45am and prompted Fela to the toilet, Fela passed urine and returned to bed.
Fela remained awake so I went in at 7.10am with Fela’s morning refreshments.
Fela had been incontinent so I prompted Fela.
Fela was in the shower for 7.40am, Fela completed his morning routine excellent and full of smiles.
I noticed last night that Fela as blister under his little toe in his left foot, I have passed this over to staff.
Fela was downstairs for 8.15am.
I gave Fela the choice of cornflakes or porridge, Fela chose cornflakes, I did ask Fela twice.
Fela said prayer and ate absolutely brilliant and was so neat and tidy, he seemed to really enjoy his breakfast.
After breakfast I did the social story with Fela and he is now sitting happily in his rocking chair.
