Fela has got out the bath at about 21:45, got dry used the toilet only passed small amount of urine.
Fela has then gone upstairs and done his night time routine well, used the toilet was there for about 15 mins and only did a small wee.
Fela has then got in bed said pray well and got comfortable. I have left the cd on and left the room.
23:15 I have checked the camera and Fela seems to be asleep.
I have not heard Fela until 4:50 , I have prompted Fela to use the the toilet.

6:50 I have taken up supplements, then fruit and drink of green tea.
