I arrived for my shift fela was sat listening to music I said hello . I had hand over from emma and zoe.
We then did the board with fela. Then all 3 of us did makaton for signs for what fela like to do.Fela went to sit on toilet and had Normal bowel movement. Once fela had finished in bathroom we carried on wrting the dancing penguin story, did amazing and and finished wrting the story and colour pictures in. After finsihed that fela had his snack.
Myself fela and alicia then all sat down to watch a dvd we watched evan almighty.
Alicia gave fela a facial trim fela looks very very relaxed while having this done and then alicia cleaned and creamed his keliods we then continued to watch the film.
We then went and dished dinner up fela went to toilet past urine. Once fela had finsihed in bathroom. We all sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate well.
After dinner fela went to sit in his rocking chair and listend to music and we did the board with fela. Explained to fela would give him 10 mintues then we do handle .
We then did handle we did fish faces and lummi sticks fela was full of smiles doing this. We then did walk at home. Alicia and fela completed the full video.
Fela then sat in his rocking chair while I did he snack. Fela then sat at the table for his snack and ate his snack neat and tidy.
Fela then sat the table listening to music.
Fela then went into bathroom and sat on toilet and had small bowel movement and then got dressed and into the bath I supported fela with his personal care .
Fela is now happily splashing in the bath
