On arriving for my shift fela was sat in his rocking chair relaxing listening to music, I went in and said hello.Then had hand over of Emma. fela was in very happy this morning and all smiles.
While fela was relaxing to music i did some chores, After completing chores i sat in the living room withe fela, fela had snack. While fela was finishing his snack i phoned green door to inform them that fela would be there for 11 and check this would be okay. After fela had finished hi snack we shortly got ready to go to green door, once there i went on the bike with fela and he did brilliantly he was smiling all the way around and did 4 full laps of the lake.
Once finished at green door we headed for home, on arriving home fela took of his coat,shoes,hat and scarf and went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to bob Marley while i heat up fela lunch. Fela then got his apron on and sat to eat his lunch we said pray fela said this nice and clear. Fela at well and very neat and tidy. After lunch fela choose to watch a dvd he picked to watch Garfield. I gave fela’s keliods and good clean and creams as he was scratching at them a lot, while fela was watching his film i sorted through the draws and cupboard in the dinning area. Fela used toilet had bowel movement it was normal but blood is still present
Zoe then came on for her shift, did hand over with Zoe, I then updated fela board with him and he appeared happy with today’s activities. I made sure fela rucksack had everything he needed in it and put his snack in for after drumming. We then got ready to leave and head to drumming. While at drumming fela did really well and was very smiley through out the session. After drumming fela had snack in the car and we then headed for home. On arriving home fela removed his outdoor wear and went and sat in his rocking chair and listen to some relaxing jazz. On writing this report fela is sitting in his rocking chair listening to jazz and is very smiley
