Fela was in the shower when I arrived on shift, after handover zoe went upstairs and helped fela with his morning routine while I got breakfast ready. Fela then came down and had breakfast, he was vocal but calm.
Fela then moved to his rocking chair and had a cup of tea and some music. Zoe down the board and then church was put on. Fela had his snack and continued watching church. Fela used the toilet and we then got ready to leave. We went to Michael and carlas got lunch. We sat at the table and fela was looking tired. Numerous times during dinner fela started to become agitated, being very noisy rocking and using his hands a lot.
After dinner fela moved to the chair and had some music and a cup of tea. Fela then went upstairs with carla and again became agitated.
Fela then lay down on the sofa in carlas office.
I went down to pickup teresa and then when we got back teresa went up to fela and encouraged him to come down to go home. We headed back to felas house. I done the board with fela and he watched a dvd. Fela had dinner and then finished off his dvd. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement and then got ready to go out for a walk. Just as we were about to leave fela became very agitated. Thrusting his head back and forth and became very noisy. Teresa was by the front door and I was by the staff room door we both stepped away when fela became agitated, fela did come towards me but the staff room door was in the way so he stamped off into the living room.
Fela was stamping his feet, jerking his head, clapping his hands, once sitting fela was rocking vigorously on his chair.
This lasted approximately 15 minutes.
Fela then had his snack at 8pm.
Fela used the toilet before getting into the bath.
Just before getting out of the bath fela started to become very agitated, jerking his top half back and forth and then started to become very vocal. This only lasted briefly, fela then got out and dried himself and again became very noisy. Fela used the toilet and then went up stairs to finish off his night routine. Fela got into bed, said prayer and I left him with his music on.
