Fela was vocal at the start of my shift, after taking his supplements Fela relaxed sitting on his sofa.
Fela at listening to music on YouTube, the board was done and I asked Fela if he would like me to clean his keloids and apply cream, Fela refused, I then asked if he would like me to sit with him but he clearly refused.
Fela had his morning snack, we then got ready to go out, before we left Fela went to the toilet and requested five, Fela had a bowel movement. We left at approximately 11am.
We went to Mama and Michael’s house to drop the shopping list off and then we went to Burslem Park.
Fela did well around the park and appeared happy and content, we returned to the car after our walk and Fela had his flask of water and snack, we then went to fill the car up with petrol and returned home.
We arrived back at approximately 12.30, Fela relaxed sitting on his sofa and chose to watch Lion King, Staff prepared lunch.
At 1pm we had our lunch, Fela said prayer well and ate well.
Fela is now relaxing watching lion King 2.
