Fela in rocking chair when I arrived for morning shift., listening to music. He had already had breakfast. We got him ready for the gym and could see he was looking forward to it. Got quickly into the car and behaved well to Abbey Hulton.
He went on 4 pieces of equipment, arms, cycle leg extender and rowing machine, in a race against myself, which he won. He was laughing and happy. He did pull down the front of his trousers twice: once in the gym and in the corridor as we were leaving.
Took a while to get out of the car and stayed in the hall for a while. He then listened to ambient music rocking and laughing. Had lunch of chilli at 1345; ate quickly. Then we did a jigsaw which Fela, impressively, did upside down. He then watched Wallace and Gromit.
At 3pm I made Fela a fruit and yoghurt snack. When he sat down at table he became agitated and moved jumpily around the dining area. We retreated to the staff room. He then went to the kitchen three times eating two jars of peanut butter and one of dates. Was vocal and banging the table throughout the next hour. Zoe and Carla were contacted and Zoe subsequently arrived. At about 4pm Fela calmed and requested DVD. Became vocal again at 1630 but calm and rocking in chair.
Fela requested five after Zoe’s arrival, he seemed much happier and was smiling a lot, humming loudly sometimes. He continued in a sunny mood sitting down for dinner at 1755. Ate with good appetite. He spent time alone watching a DVD after dinner. Zoe cleaned his keloids twice, the left one very hard and weepy. Also had Olbas oil rubbed on fingers.
At time of writing Fela is sitting contentedly in his bath.
