I arrived for my shift just before 9 fela was finishing his breakfast, I went in and said hello. I then had handover off chole.i prompted fela to take his supplements, once fela had finished his supplements he took his bowl into the kitchen.
Fela then went and sat in his tocking chair and angelia did fela board with him and he seemed happy with today’s activities, at 10.30 am fela had his snack.
We then started to get ready to go out fela used the toilet then change fela trouser. Fela went and sat on the chair to put his shoes on, fela had just got them on and was getting ready to tie them when he became agaited. Please see arsoual state, once fela had calmed he finished tieing his shoes and we left to go for walk we arrived at chatterly whitefield and fela was all smiles, fela them became very agitated please see arousal state. Once fela had calmed we walked back to the car and heaed for home fela was full of smile.
On returning home fela took of his shoes and coat and went and sat on the toilet and had bowel movement. Once fela had finished on toilet we sat down for lunch fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy.
After lunch fela went and sat I his rocking chair and listened to music. At 14.15 fela used the toilet once fela had finished in bathroom I asked him if he wanted to help make crumble fela clearly told me no and went as sat down. Angelia cleaned at creamed fela keliods.
At 15.00pm I asked fela if wanted to do handle and he said no asked for 5. Fela then had his snack, fela became slightly agaited and very vocal and he got up and went and sat on toilet and instantly calmed, after fela had finished in the bathroom fela had his sensory activities he had shoulder massager and I gave fela choice of foot spa or foot massager and he choice foot spa, fela listened to Saturday jazz while having this. Teresa then came on for her shift and we had handover.
At 17.00pm fela relaxed listening to jazz I asked fela if he wanted facial trim, he said yes so gave fela a facial trim, afterwards I cleaned and screamed fela ,keliods and then fela continued to relax listening to music
At 18.05 we sat down for tea fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy, shortly after tea fela watched dvd and we watched buddy. I sat with fela to watch this fela seemed to really enjoy this film and was full of smiles and giggles. Once film had finished fela spoke to mama on the phone.
Once fela had finished on the phone he used the toilet then got in to the bath
On writing this report fela is happily splashing In the bath

On arriving at chatterly fela was all smiles but he started to get vocal and little agitated but continued to walk fela became very agitated stomping his feet begin very vocal so I encouraged fela to sit on the bench he jumped up and down on the bench, rocked backwards and cords,slapped his legs, once fela started to calm he had his water and apple, I asked girls if wanted to go back to car he signed for car, once fela was fully calm we walked back to car, fela was vocal all the way to the car but then once at around he was full off smile, this lasted for about 15 mins
I offered fela some handle he said no and became slightly agaited and very vocal so left fela to calm and then went on to different activity
